Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to provide or what is needed to operate the site securely.

• Contact form. If you request a briefing, we collect your name, company, email address, and verification data from hCaptcha. Messages are delivered through Web3Forms to account@ruwbi.com.
• Operational insight assessment. The anonymous quiz at /discover stores your answers in a Cloudflare D1 database. It does not require your name or email unless you later choose to contact us.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log IP addresses, browser type, and request metadata for security, performance, and abuse prevention.

• hCaptcha helps prevent automated abuse on the contact form and may set cookies or process technical data according to its own policy.
• Google Maps embed on the contact page may collect usage data according to Google's policies.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain a business record. Anonymous quiz responses are retained for product and market analysis unless you ask us to delete identifiable records tied to a follow-up request.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted through ruwbi.com by emailing account@ruwbi.com. You may use the site without completing the contact form or assessment.
