Investigation data and RYANT™ data are customer-controlled. The website contact form is for briefing requests only. It is not an evidence pipeline for plant data. Operational evidence moves under NDA through agreed channels, not through ruwbi.com forms.

Air-gap

Default posture is work on the customer network. Air-gap capable means no required phone-home, no required public-cloud inference, and an update path agreed in advance. Models do not leave the environment unless the customer moves them.

Access

Named ruwbi personnel only. Time-bounded. Logged. Retention and destruction at engagement close follow what is agreed in the NDA and statement of work.

Ownership

The customer owns evidence, models, and derived IP from the engagement. ruwbi does not train a shared model on customer operations.

What we do not do

• No required public-cloud LLM for engagement work
• No press, case study, or logo use without written approval
• No earnings language — disclosure stays with the issuer

Website vs engagement

ruwbi.com runs on Cloudflare. Form submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile and Web3Forms. Those vendors see briefing-request form fields only — not plant data, models, or investigation evidence. Engagement data handling is separate and governed by NDA.
